E-Commerce & Operations Assistant

Acts Beauty is seeking a dependable, resourceful E-Commerce & Operations Assistant to support our growing beauty company. We are looking for someone who can work independently, take direction, solve problems, and assist across different areas of the business as needed.
Primary Responsibilities
Build our new Wix e-commerce shop page for wigs, hair extensions, and hair supplies
Create an attractive, professional store layout that matches the Acts Beauty brand
Add and organize products in Wix
Create product variations/dropdowns for length, texture, color, density, lace options, etc.
Upload product photos, descriptions and pricing
Maintain and update online inventory/products
Research wholesale wig, extension and beauty-supply vendors
Make outbound phone calls and email s to U.S. suppliers/vendors
Request wholesale pricing, catalogs, samples, MOQs and shipping information
Compare suppliers and organize findings for management
Contact potential stylists, educators and other job candidates
Conduct basic candidate screening/follow-up
Schedule interviews
Assist with general administrative and operational projects
Step in to help other team members when additional support is needed
Keep assignments and progress organized and provide regular updates
Required
Strong Wix experience — this is important
Previous e-commerce/store-management experience
Excellent written and spoken English
Comfortable making professional outbound calls to businesses in the United States
Strong internet connection and reliable headset
Able to work independently without constant supervision
Organized and comfortable handling several types of assignments
Experience researching vendors/suppliers
Good attention to detail
Comfortable learning new software and using AI tools
Preferred

Experience with beauty, wigs, hair extensions, salons, Shopify/Wix stores, recruiting, vendor sourcing, Canva, AI tools or customer service is a plus.
