About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Freight Dispatcher to join our growing team and help manage trucking operations in the United States market.

The ideal candidate must have previous experience working with U.S. carriers and understand the day-to-day operations of the American trucking industry.

Responsibilities:

Search and negotiate loads using load boards.
Communicate with brokers, shippers, and drivers.
Negotiate competitive rates and maximize revenue per truck.
Plan routes and reduce empty miles (deadhead).
Book loads and manage confirmations.
Track drivers and shipments.
Handle check calls and delivery updates.
Assist with detention, TONU, layover, and other accessorials.
Maintain organized records of loads and communications.
Build strong relationships with brokers.
Help keep trucks consistently loaded and profitable.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Freight Dispatcher in the U.S. trucking market.
Strong knowledge of U.S. lanes, rates, and freight markets.
Experience using load boards such as DAT, Truckstop, or similar platforms.
Strong rate-negotiation skills.
Good spoken and written English.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work during U.S. business hours.
Reliable computer and internet connection.
Ability to work independently and make quick operational decisions.
We are especially interested in candidates who:

Understand how to identify profitable lanes, negotiate aggressively but professionally with brokers, minimize deadhead, and help maximize revenue per truck and RPM (Revenue Per Mile).
