Outbound Caller – UK Property Business (Full-Time, Long-Term Role)

We're a UK property sourcing company looking for a confident phone caller to make outbound business calls to two types of contacts: supported living providers (checking if they need housing and pay referral fees) and serviced accommodation operators (checking if they're buying or selling property deals).

This is a long-term role for the right person, not a short gig. You'll get access to recorded training calls showing exactly how we want calls handled, plus a call tracker. Training is paid at your full rate. We're not looking for someone to read a script word-for-word, we need someone personable who can handle objections and think on their feet.

Requirements:

Confident, clear spoken English
Cold calling / telesales / appointment setting / call center experience required
Comfortable handling objections, not just reading a script
Comfortable with Google Sheets

Hours: Full-time, UK hours overlap
Pay: $5-6/hr — same rate applies during paid training, weekly.
