Full-Time Social Media Content Coordinator (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)

Hi! I'm Eddie, a full-time singer/creator on Instagram ---------- 81K followers) growing quickly toward 100K+. I'm hiring ONE full-time, long-term social media content coordinator to help me post consistently across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook , and RedNote. I also have a huge audience from The Philippines!

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING (40 hrs/week):

• Editing 21+ short-form videos per week (mainly singing covers and persona-style reels) using CapCut Pro or Premiere Pro — adding captions, cuts, hooks, and clean transitions
• Posting and scheduling content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook , and RedNote using Metricool and Meta Business Suite
• Posting 1-4 "trial reels" per day manually through the Instagram app or through other tools
• Writing captions using approved templates (a style guide will be provided)
• Managing comments and DMs on all platforms in my voice
• Sending a weekly analytics report (views, watch time, follower growth, top performers)
• Suggesting trending sounds and formats when you spot them

WHAT YOU DO NOT NEED TO DO:

• Original music videos (I film these with videographers and they arrive edited)
• Strategy or content ideation (I provide the direction; you execute)

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of social media VA experience (please share which accounts you've worked on)
• Strong video editing skills — CapCut Pro or Premiere Pro required
• Excellent English communication (video interview will be required)
• Reliable internet and dedicated workstation
• Available at least a few hours during US Eastern evening / Philippine morning for check-ins
• Comfortable managing multiple platforms at once
• Detail-oriented — you catch typos, timing issues, and audio glitches before I do

BONUS IF YOU HAVE:

• Experience with a music, singer, or creator account
• Basic graphic design (Canva or Photoshop for thumbnails and story templates)
• Familiarity with Metricool, Meta Business Suite, or Later
• Experience with trending sound spotting on TikTok/Reels

COMPENSATION:

• $6/hour to start (40 hrs/week = ~$960/month)
• Potential Raise to $7/hour after strong performance
• 13th month pay (Philippine standard)
• 10 days paid time off per year
• Long-term role — I'm looking for someone to stay 1+ year and grow with the account

HIRING PROCESS:

4. Start with a 2-week part-time trial (20 hrs/week) before full-time offer
