1. About the Role
We are a skincare brand in California. We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to take full ownership of our paid acquisition channels. In this role, you will plan, execute, analyze, and scale campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and Amazon PPC. The ideal candidate blends analytical rigor with strong creative instincts to acquire new customers efficiently while maximizing ROAS and profitability.
2. Key Responsibilities
Paid Social: Build, manage, and scale paid acquisition and retargeting campaigns on Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram).
Search & Shopping: Manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, Shopping), handling keyword bidding, negative keywords, and landing page alignment.
Amazon PPC: Build and optimize Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display ads; manage bids and keyword targeting to lower ACoS/TACoS.
Creative Testing: Develop iterative creative testing roadmaps (hooks, formats, ad copy) and collaborate on asset requests to prevent ad fatigue.
Analytics & Attribution: Monitor daily KPIs (CPA, ROAS, ACoS, MER, CTR, Conversion Rate); ensure tracking pixels and conversion APIs are correctly configured.
3. Qualifications
2–4+ years of hands-on experience managing paid ad spend across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Amazon Advertising.
Proven track record of scaling direct-to-consumer (DTC) or e-commerce brands profitably.
Demonstrated interest in the beauty and skincare landscape, with the ability to turn consumer trends and ingredient awareness into winning ad angles.
Strong familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Shopify/e-commerce platforms, Meta ads platform, and Amazon Seller Central.
Deep understanding of ad creative strategies, direct-response copywriting, and landing page conversion rate optimization (CRO).
4. Employment Type: Part-Time (can be Full-Time depending on the workload and performance)
