The Role: Creating reels of 2 types

Type One: You d ---------- what to create and why

You will make reels from scratch for our creators’ using their existing clips + sometimes, memes from the internet.
Every clip is labeled, so if you come up with an idea, it will be easy for you to create it.
You will pick the clips to use, write some catchy texts on top of it and put everything together in a way that makes people stop scrolling.

Type Two: You Follow the Brief

You will also get raw creator footage and a clear brief from an Account Manager.
Your job is to edit the video in CapCut exactly as requested and deliver it on time.
There is no need to change the idea or add your own take.
Just follow the brief, match the specs, and get it done well.
