Supply Chain Manager (Part-Time) — Dropshipping E-Commerce

About us
We run a dropshipping model, sourcing products from international suppliers and localizing them into polished, US-ready listings. As we scale our product catalog and ad-driven sales, we need someone to bring structure and reliability to our supply chain.
The role
We're looking for a part-time Supply Chain Manager to own the flow of products from supplier to customer. You'll manage supplier relationships, keep sourcing costs and lead times under control, and make sure our fulfillment stays smooth as order volume grows. This is a hands-on, operational role with room to shape our processes from the ground up.
What you'll do

Manage relationships with international suppliers (Europe and Asia, including French and Chinese partners) and negotiate pricing, terms, and lead times
Monitor and optimize cost of goods (COG), shipping costs, and per-unit margins across product collections
Track inventory availability and supplier reliability to prevent stockouts and fulfillment delays
Vet and onboard new suppliers as we expand the catalog
Oversee order fulfillment and shipping performance, and resolve delivery or quality issues
Build and maintain simple, repeatable processes and reporting for sourcing and fulfillment
Work closely with the founder on product selection and margin planning

What you bring

Experience in supply chain, sourcing, procurement, or operations and especially fashion dropshipping
Familiarity with international supplier management and cross-border shipping to the US
Strong grasp of unit economics: COG, shipping, transaction costs, and margins
Comfort working with spreadsheets and e-commerce platforms (Shopify a plus)
Self-directed and reliable — you can own a domain without daily oversight
Clear communicator in English; additional languages (Chinese a bonus_

Must

Direct (fashion) dropshipping experience
Experience with Ai tools, slack, supplier platforms.
