Instagram DM Outreach Specialist — UK Fitness Niche (Part-Time, Long-Term)

Hi! I run a video editing agency for UK fitness coaches and I'm hiring a reliable Virtual Assistant to handle cold DM outreach on Instagram across two of my brand accounts.
English requirement (read first):
You MUST be able to write fluent, natural-sounding English. This role involves writing a personalized opening line for each prospect, and the message has to read like a real native English speaker wrote it. Generic copy-paste DMs will not work. If your written English is not excellent, please do not apply.
What you'll do:
Each morning I'll send you 1–3 source Instagram accounts (other UK fitness coaches with big followings). Your job is to:

Open those accounts and scroll through their followers (and/or who they follow)
Find UK-based fitness coaches who match the criteria below
DM each prospect using my template, with a personalized opening line referencing their content

How to pick good prospects from the source accounts:

UK-based (check bio/location/content references)
1,000–50,000 followers
Posts regularly (active in the last 2 weeks)
Personal brand/coach (not a gym, brand, or company page)
Fitness/coaching niche (not nutritionist, physio, yoga unless they coach)

Daily flow:

3 sessions per day, ~45 mins each, working UK time, Monday–Friday only
Sessions: 8am UK / 1pm UK / 8pm UK (= 3pm / 8pm / 3am Manila)
Volume: starts at ~15 DMs/day in week 1, ramps to 100–120 DMs/day across both accounts by week 4
Log every DM in a Google Sheet (provided) so we don't double-message anyone
WhatsApp summary at end of each day (numbers sent, any issues)
Pause and notify me immediately if any IG warning or restriction appears

Important — what you will NOT do:

You will NOT open or read any incoming DMs/replies. I handle ALL replies myself.
If you a ---------- open a reply, mark it as unread immediately.
You will not book sales calls or message anyone outside the daily brief.

Personalization example:
Look at the prospect's last 2–3 posts and reference one specifically.
GOOD:

"Hey [name], loved your recent reel on macro tracking — solid breakdown. Quick question — are you editing your videos yourself?"

BAD:

"Hey, love your content!"

If you can't write the GOOD example in fluent English, this role isn't for you.
What I'm looking for:

Excellent written English (essential)
Stable internet
Phone or laptop (phone preferred — safer for IG accounts)
Reliable schedule — Mon–Fri, UK hours including the late evening session
Previous IG outreach or social media VA experience preferred
Follows a written brief without going off-script

Pay:
$320/month flat, paid weekly via Wise every Friday ($80/week)
Hours:
~12 hours per week (3 sessions/day × ~45 mins × 5 days)
Trial:
2-week paid trial. If it's a good fit, ongoing long-term role.
