Ecommerce Video Editor / Visual Creator - Sales-Driven DTC Ads - $1,000-$1,200/mo

We are an Australian ecommerce (DTC) brand launching a tech health product on Meta. We are hiring a sales-driven video editor / visual creator: someone who cuts ads that SELL.

WHAT YOU'LL MAKE
15 scroll-stopping DTC video ads per week. Sometimes 15 different angles. Sometimes variations on the one that is already working.

WHAT WE ACTUALLY JUDGE

• The first 3 seconds. That is the job.
• Meta safe zones. Nothing that matters buried under the UI.
• It has to land on mute.
• 24-hour turnaround on a revision round. Two rounds per asset.
• Project files to our Drive as you go, not held on your machine.

WHAT WE OFFER

• $1,000-$1,200 USD per month, negotiable for the right person. Paid twice a month, on the 15th and the last day, by Wise or PayPal. Transfer fees are ours, not deducted from your number.
• Full-time, work from home, Manila hours. Core overlap 10:00-16:00 PHT. Outside those hours, work when you like.
• ONE creative decision-maker. You will not be pulled in two directions.
• You keep portfolio rights. From the day an ad goes live publicly you can show it in your reel and say you made it for us.
• A short PAID trial edit before any offer. We pay for your time either way.

YOU ARE A FIT IF

• You have cut paid ads for an ecommerce or DTC brand. Not YouTube, not corporate, not weddings.
• You can point at ads you personally cut that ran on Meta or TikTok and say what they did.
• You think in hooks, offers and CTAs, not in transitions and colour grades.
• You can hold 15 a week without the quality falling over.
• You work fast and you do not go quiet.
