We are looking for a technically capable Virtual Assistant to help maintain, update, and troubleshoot business websites.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with WordPress and page builders and is comfortable making website updates without requiring constant supervision.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain and update WordPress websites
• Create and edit website pages and posts
• Update text, images, links, buttons, and other website content
• Build and modify landing pages using page builders
• Upload and format blog posts and website content
• Perform basic website troubleshooting
• Identify and resolve broken links, formatting issues, and content errors
• Install and manage approved WordPress plugins
• Perform routine WordPress updates and maintenance
• Optimize images and basic website performance
• Check websites for mobile responsiveness
• Assist with website backups and basic site security procedures
• Manage basic redirects, menus, categories, and website settings
• Assist with domain, hosting, and DNS-related tasks when required
• Implement basic on-page SEO improvements
• Test website forms, buttons, pages, and user flows
• Coordinate with developers when issues require advanced technical support
• Maintain documentation of website changes and updates

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous WordPress experience
• Comfortable using WordPress dashboards and page builders
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of basic website structure and hosting
• Good written English
• Able to follow technical instructions and SOPs
• Reliable internet connection and work-from-home setup
• Able to work independently

• Elementor experience
• Divi, Bricks, WPBakery, or similar page-builder experience
• Basic JavaScript or PHP knowledge
• Experience with cPanel
• Basic SEO knowledge
• Google Analytics / Search Console experience
• Experience with Cloudflare
• Experience with website speed optimization
• Experience connecting websites with CRMs and automation platforms
