BounceSEO is a local SEO and web design agency based in Vancouver, BC. We help home service businesses across Canada and the US get found on Google and win more jobs. We are growing our outbound team and looking for setters who can hold a friendly conversation and book appointments. There is NO pressure here.

The Role

You call off a list. When the prospect is interested, you book them onto our calendar. That is the whole job. No closing, no pitching packages, no prospecting your own leads.

What You Get

$25 CAD per sat-booking + 10% commission on each lead that turns into client.
A pre-built list, a proven script, and a detailed FAQ document
Dialer and CRM access provided
Training and call review so you actually improve week to week

Paid Trial

We run a one week paid trial at $50 CAD. This lets us both find out if it is a fit before committing. Strong performers move onto $25 CAD per sat-booking + 10% commission on each lead that turns into client.

What We Need From You

Clear, confident, neutral-accent English
Reliable internet and a quiet place to work with a USB headset & high-quality Microphone
Availability during North American business hours (Pacific Time)
Thick skin and consistency.
4+ years of setter or cold calling experience.
