[DAY SHIFT] : Inbound Sales Specialist {No Cold Calling}

5 days per week - (4 weekdays and Sat/Sun) - 8 hour shifts (inclusive of lunch)
Up to 30% Monthly Bonus granted on group KPI targets hit

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Closer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for placing bookings with potential customers (bookings for car services), using your exceptional communication skills and sales expertise. This position does not involve cold calling and requires proficiency in using a CRM software.

Responsibilities:

Conduct follow-ups with leads - email , phone call, sms, email , live chat
Update CRM tool and managing the sales pipeline
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Working as a team with other colleagues to maximise bookings.
Providing exceptional customer service and support

Requirements:

Proven track record of successful sales closing in a similar role.
Proficiency in using CRM software for managing leads and tracking sales activities.
Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
Knowledge about cars is advantageous
