About the Role

I’m looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Reverse Recruiter / Job Search Assistant to help me secure my next remote professional opportunity with a U.S.-based employer.

I am a U.S. Navy veteran and cleared intelligence professional with 10+ years of experience supporting federal law enforcement, defense, counterintelligence, OSINT, investigative analysis, technical writing, and national-security missions. I currently hold an active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.

My goal is to build a strong pipeline quickly, so I am looking for someone who can move with urgency, stay organized, and consistently identify and apply to strong opportunities on my behalf.

This is a short-term, results-focused project. I already have a professionally written resume, so I am not looking for someone to rewrite my resume for every position or simply send me random job links. I need someone who can actively manage the search process, identify positions that align with my experience, submit quality applications, and identify the right people for me to personally contact after applying.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
*Searching daily across LinkedIn, Indeed, ClearanceJobs, company career pages, and other reputable job boards.
*Reviewing job descriptions carefully before applying.
*Identifying positions that are a realistic match for my background and career level.
*Submitting applications on my behalf using my approved resume and information.
*Completing application questions accurately and professionally.
*Avoiding duplicate applications.
*Prioritizing newer job postings whenever possible.
*Maintaining a detailed job-search tracker.
*For strong opportunities, identifying at least one relevant recruiter, hiring manager, or decision-maker I can personally contact after applying.
*Providing the person’s name, title, LinkedIn profile, and any publicly available professional contact information.
*Flagging particularly strong opportunities immediately so I can personally handle outreach.
*Target Positions

The search should primarily focus on positions such as:
*Analyst
*Intelligence Analyst
*OSINT Analyst
*Threat Intelligence Analyst
*Investigative Analyst
*Program Analyst
*Operations Analyst
*Technical Writer
*Customer Success Manager
*Technical Customer Success Manager
*Technical Account Manager
*Federal / Public Sector Customer Success
*Defense Technology / SaaS roles
*Other similar remote positions where my experience is a strong match

I am especially interested in defense, cybersecurity, intelligence, government contracting, SaaS, AI, and federal technology companies.

I may provide additional job titles or search parameters throughout the project.

Location
*I am looking for remote work with U.S.-based employers.
*I currently spend time between the Philippines and the United States, so U.S.-remote positions should not automatically be excluded.
*Roles requiring U.S. residency, occasional U.S. travel, or eventual return to the U.S. may still be appropriate.

Quality Over Random Volume
*I am looking for consistent application volume, but I do not want hundreds of random applications submitted simply to meet a quota. Every application should make sense.

For the right candidate, I would expect approximately 15–120 strong applications per business day when enough qualified opportunities are available. The objective is not simply to submit applications. The objective is to build a strong pipeline that produces conversations, interviews, and ultimately an offer.

*You will not communicate with employers pretending to be me.

I will personally handle:
*Recruiter conversations
*LinkedIn networking messages
*Interviews
*Interview scheduling
*Salary negotiations
*Offer discussions

Your role is to build and manage the pipeline, identify the right people for me to contact, and give me the information I need to handle the relationship-building side of the search.

Ideal Candidate
You may be a strong fit if you:

*Have experience with recruiting, sourcing, job searching, virtual assistance, or talent acquisition.
*Understand professional-level U.S. job postings.
*Have experience searching LinkedIn and company career sites.
*Are comfortable researching recruiters and hiring managers.
*Understand how Applicant Tracking Systems work.
*Can quickly evaluate whether someone reasonably matches a job description.
*Have excellent written English.
*Are extremely detail-oriented.
*Can work independently without constant supervision.
*Understand Boolean searches, recruiter research, and contact identification.

Previous experience sourcing U.S.-based professional, defense, intelligence, technology, or customer-success roles is strongly preferred.

Project Length & Compensation

*Base compensation: $200 for the 30-day project, paid $50 weekly.
*Success bonus: $1,000 if I accept a job offer resulting directly from an opportunity you identified or applied to during the project.
*Note: The bonus is earned if I accept an offer from a role you sourced even if the offer comes after the 30-day project ends.

When Applying
Please answer the following:
*Tell me about your previous recruiting, sourcing, virtual-assistant, or job-search experience.
*Have you previously applied to U.S.-based jobs on behalf of another person?
*Have you sourced professional, technical, defense, intelligence, or customer-success roles before?
*How do you determine whether a candidate is actually qualified for a position?
*How would you identify the correct recruiter or hiring manager for a job posting?
*Approximately how many quality applications could you reasonably complete each business day?
*Which job-search and sourcing platforms are you most experienced using?
*How would you organize and track applications and outreach contacts?
*What would your strategy be if the goal was to help someone secure a new job within 30 days?

I am looking for someone who is proactive, organized, resourceful, and willing to take ownership of the search.
