Full-Time Outbound Calling VA – Live Transfers (Medicare) – Fresh Leads Provided – US Hours
Type: Full Time | Pay: $5/hr base + $1 per qualified live transfer, bi-weekly pay | 40 hrs/week
If you are a strong phone closer stuck dialing cold lists for flat pay, read this one to the end.
Cole Insure is a growing US independent Medicare agency, serving veterans and seniors in 25 states. We are hiring 2-3 elite Calling VAs, not ten, not twenty. You will be a named member of a small US team, working directly with our licensed agents, not a seat in a call center farm.
Why top setters want this seat:
You never prospect cold. Every lead you call asked us for information on Facebook , minutes before you dial. Fresh, exclusive, never resold. Your talent goes into converting, not into surviving hang-ups from dead lists.
Your paycheck follows your skill. $5/hr base is guaranteed. Every qualified live transfer our agents confirm adds $1, uncapped. Strong callers run 8-12 confirmed transfers a day. Do the math on your own ability.
Real tools. Professional dialer, CRM, proven scripts, paid training starting September 8. You bring the voice, we bring everything else.
What you'll do: call brand-new leads within seconds, qualify with 2-3 simple questions, and transfer them live to a licensed agent while they're on the line. Book a firm appointment when a transfer isn't possible. Follow up no-answers and aged leads. Keep clean CRM notes. Plan details and coverage advice stay with licensed agents, we train you on exactly where that line is.
Schedule, be honest with yourself: US Central daytime hours 8:30am-5:00pm CST, roughly 8:30 PM to 6:00 AM Philippine time, Monday to Friday, permanent night shift. Our best applicants are natural night owls who want US hours on purpose. If that's not you, don't apply.
You: excellent spoken English with a neutral accent, a confident and warm phone presence seniors trust, unbothered by rejection, reliable fiber internet with backup power, full-time with no side clients, and appointment setting or call center experience strongly preferred.
How to apply. Incomplete applications are not reviewed.
To be considered, record a video of yourself on Loom or any platform and cover all of the following in detail:
Read this script exactly once, naturally, like a real call: "Hi John? I'm just getting back to you about your request for additional money back for Veterans. You responded to our post about getting up to $1,800 back. Are you still located in Texas? Perfect. And what branch did you serve in?"
Then answer these four questions on camera:
1. Walk me through your phone sales or appointment setting background. What did you dial, and what results did you put up?
2. This is a permanent overnight shift, 9 PM to 6 AM your time. Tell me honestly how that fits your daily life, and whether you've done it before.
3. Show or describe your work setup: internet speed, workspace, and exactly what happens on your end when the power or connection goes out mid-shift.
4. When you work for someone you never see in person, how do they know what you got done without ever having to ask?
Attach your resume, and start your application with the words NIGHT OWL so we know you read everything.
This team is small on purpose, and every seat on it matters. We want callers who show up sharp, treat scheduled hours as non-negotiable, and want to be paid for performance. If what you actually need is a side gig or something to hold you over for a few months, skip this one.
Interviews start within days. Paid training begins September 8. Two or three people are getting these seats. Make the recording the reason one of them is you.
