Experienced Real Estate ISA – Full Time

We are looking for TWO (2) experienced Real Estate Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to support a senior agent and real estate team.

At least 1 year of real estate ISA experience
Hands-on experience using Follow Up Boss
Excellent spoken and written English, with clear and professional phone communication
Strong note-taking and CRM/database management skills
Experience following up with real estate buyers and sellers

What You’ll Do:
This is primarily an outbound calling and follow-up position — but NOT all cold calling.

You will work with:
Existing leads who have already communicated with our team
Past buyer and seller prospects
Internet leads
Weekend open house leads
Older leads that need continued nurturing
Homeowners in specific neighborhoods we are targeting

You will be responsible for calling and nurturing leads, qualifying opportunities, setting appointments, and keeping our database extremely organized.

Follow Up Boss experience is preferred but not a must. We can provide training on this.

FUB duties include:
Adding new leads
Updating existing leads
Writing clear and detailed notes after conversations
Recording motivation and timelines
Creating follow-up tasks
Updating lead stages/status
Making sure no lead is forgotten
Adding and organizing weekend open house leads
Daily Reporting

You will provide a simple daily report showing:
Calls
Conversations
Appointments
Hot/warm leads
New leads entered
Follow-ups completed
Opportunities that need an agent’s attention
Compensation

Full-time position ONLY. Pay is negotiable based on experience.

You must have a reliable computer, high-speed internet, professional workspace, and reliable phone/headset setup.

We are looking for someone experienced, organized, accountable, and excellent at follow-up. We do not want someone who simply makes calls—we want an ISA who understands how to nurture relationships and convert real estate leads into appointments and clients.
