Square POS Inventory & Bookkeeping Specialist

WE’RE HIRING: Retail Inventory & Bookkeeping Specialist (Square)

Part-Time | Remote
Hourly Rate: $5 - $6/hour

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Retail Inventory & Bookkeeping Specialist to manage product data, inventory, and invoice reconciliation using Square POS.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and update products in Square POS
• Reconcile supplier invoices with Square records
• Identify missing products, SKUs, UPCs, and pricing discrepancies
• Verify and update product pricing
• Maintain an accurate and organized inventory database
• Establish a weekly process for reviewing and entering new invoices

What We’re Looking For:

• Proficiency in Square POS (required)
• Bookkeeping or invoice reconciliation experience
• Inventory/product management experience
• Strong data entry and attention to detail
• Able to identify discrepancies and resolve issues independently
• Comfortable working with minimal supervision
