Location: Remote, Philippines
Schedule: Full-time, must be available during U.S. EST business hours
Compensation: $5 per hour
Time Tracking: A company-approved time tracker must be used during all working hours
Work Environment: Fast-moving team with short deadlines and shifting priorities

About the Role

We are looking for a versatile, reliable, and proactive Marketing Assistant to support multiple businesses and brands. You will help manage social media, create content, execute campaigns, organize marketing assets, and handle a variety of digital marketing responsibilities.

Because you will work across different businesses, you must be able to adjust your writing, visuals, and marketing approach based on each brand’s audience and goals. The ideal candidate is resourceful, organized, responsive, and comfortable switching between different types of assignments.

What You’ll Do
-Create and edit short-form videos for Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts
-Prepare social media posts, captions, and graphics
-Schedule and publish content across multiple platforms
-Respond to comments and direct messages while maintaining each brand’s voice
-Engage with followers and relevant accounts through likes, comments, and conversations
-Support marketing campaigns, launches, promotions, and content rollouts
-Assist with email marketing and basic website updates
-Organize content calendars, templates, marketing assets, and project files
-Conduct content, audience, competitor, and market research
-Adapt content for different businesses, industries, and audiences
-Track assignments and provide regular progress updates
-Assist with other marketing and administrative tasks as needed
-Maintain accurate working hours using the required time-tracking application

Required Qualifications
-Proven social media management, engagement, or outreach experience
-Experience supporting marketing campaigns or content rollouts
-Basic graphic design and content creation skills
-Strong written and verbal communication
-Ability to adapt to different brands, industries, and audiences
-Highly organized and able to manage several assignments at once
-Resourceful and comfortable learning unfamiliar tasks
-Able to work accurately under short deadlines
-Responsive, dependable, and willing to accept feedback
-Comfortable using a company-approved time tracker during all working hours
Available full-time during EST business hours
-Stable internet connection with a dependable backup plan

Preferred Qualifications
-Short-form video editing experience
-Copywriting or caption-writing experience
-Email marketing experience
-Experience supporting multiple businesses or brands
-WordPress or website management experience
-Google Ads experience is a plus
