As our Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in helping us attract, evaluate, and hire skilled professionals who will contribute to our continued growth and success.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As our Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you'll serve as the primary point of contact throughout the recruiting process. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Posting and managing job advertisements across multiple platforms
• Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, online communities, and professional networks
• Reviewing resumes and applications for open positions
• Conducting initial screening interviews via phone or video call
• Scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Sending interview confirmations, reminders, and follow-up communications
• Maintaining candidate records and updating recruiting trackers
• Coordinating reference checks and pre-employment requirements
• Following up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Building and maintaining talent pipelines for future openings
• Supporting onboarding and new-hire coordination activities
• Providing recruiting updates and hiring reports to management

THE TYPES OF POSITIONS YOU'LL HELP FILL

You'll primarily support recruiting efforts for:

• Forklift Technicians
• Mobile Mechanics
• Heavy Equipment Technicians
• Shop Leaders
• Parts and Inventory Personnel
• Other operational and administrative roles as needed

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required Qualifications:

• Previous recruiting, staffing, HR, customer service, or administrative experience
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Professional phone and video interview skills
• Experience using Outlook, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar platforms
• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience recruiting for technician, mechanic, automotive, diesel, forklift, or industrial positions
• Familiarity with OnlineJobs, Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook Recruiting Groups, or similar platforms
• Knowledge of interviewing and candidate evaluation processes
