About the Role

Video Editor (Full-Time, Remote)

DMPH Marketing
$800 to $1,200 USD per month, based on experience

Who we are
DMPH Marketing is an AI-first marketing agency built around content. We make video and creative that helps our clients get noticed in industries where most brands look and sound the same.
Two things define how we work. First, detail: we care about the frame, the cut, and the mix, not just whether the file exports. Second, fit: every project gets built around that client's vision instead of being run through the same template.

AI is how we hold both of those at volume. We build it into our production workflows so our editors spend less time on the mechanical parts of the job and more time on the parts that actually require taste. The tools handle the grunt work. The judgment is still human, and that's the part we hire for.

We're growing, and we're adding a Video Editor who works the same way. We need someone already familiar with AI integration workflows, not someone we have to teach from zero.

The role
Full-time, 40 hours per week, remote. Hours are flexible, but client work moves fast and we need you reachable when something urgent comes up.

You'll cut raw footage into finished video that hits the client's objective and holds up technically. You'll run your own projects and work with our creative team. You should already be building AI into how you work and ready to move fast when we adopt new tools.

What you'll do

  • Edit and assemble raw footage into polished video that aligns with client objectives and our creative vision.
  • Work with our creative team and clients to understand project goals, brand identity, and audience.
  • Hold the technical bar: color correction, audio mixing, resolution.
  • Use AI tools to move faster without dropping quality, and tell us when you find one that works.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines without losing detail or consistency.
  • Bring creative input on storytelling, pacing, and visuals.
  • Deliver on time and in scope, including revisions and client feedback.
  • Follow our workflows for file organization, data management, and communication.

What you need

  • Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut.
  • Hands-on experience integrating AI tools into a real post-production workflow.
  • A real understanding of storytelling, pacing, and the creative editing process.
  • Sharp attention to detail and strong visual consistency.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines across multiple projects.
  • Strong written and verbal English.
  • Motion graphics and VFX experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with social platforms and video specs for digital distribution is preferred.
  • Reliable internet and the ability to work remotely.

How to apply
Send us two things:

  • Your resume.
  • Your portfolio or case studies (client work preferred).

Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
We're filling this role as soon as we find the right person. Apply today.
