What You'll Do

  • Serve as a point of contact for patients through phone, email , text, and other communication platforms.
  • Deliver warm, professional, and compassionate customer service.
  • Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and coordinate patient appointments.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to patient questions and requests.
  • Follow up with patients to make sure they understand their next steps and remain engaged.
  • Maintain accurate patient information and communication records within our CRM and other systems.
  • Keep detailed notes and ensure patient interactions are documented appropriately.
  • Manage multiple conversations, tasks, appointments, and follow-ups without losing track of details.
  • Coordinate communication between patients and the internal care team.
  • Identify issues and escalate concerns appropriately.
  • Use CRM, scheduling, messaging, and other technology platforms efficiently.
  • Follow established workflows and processes while proactively identifying ways to improve them.
  • Ensure that nothing falls through the cracks when it comes to patient communication and follow-up.
  • Maintain strict patient confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Fluent English — written and spoken.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service experience.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong computer and technology skills.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and learning new software.
  • Ability to manage multiple platforms and tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong follow-through and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Previous experience in healthcare, patient coordination, medical administration, customer service, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience with healthcare CRM/EHR systems is a plus.
