About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Client-Facing AI Automation & Solutions Tech VA who can bridge the gap
between client business needs and technical implementation.
This is not a purely execution-focused automation role. You will join discovery and sales calls, understand
the client's operational challenges, determine technical feasibility, recommend practical solutions, scope
implementations, and then take ownership of building, testing, deploying, and stabilizing those solutions.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on AI automation specialist with strong client-facing and business
communication skills who can work independently with minimal supervision. You should be comfortable
turning ambiguous business problems into clear technical solutions while maintaining realistic expectations
around scope, timelines, complexity, and fulfillment requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Client Discovery & Technical Consulting
Join prospect and client discovery calls as the company's technical solutions expert.
Lead the technical portion of discovery conversations and uncover:
Current workflows and processes
Operational bottlenecks
Existing systems and tools
Business requirements
Automation opportunities
Desired outcomes and success metrics
Ask strong technical and operational questions to fully understand the client's needs.
Identify the most practical initial solution based on business value, technical feasibility, complexity,
cost, and deployment risk.
Clearly communicate technical limitations and avoid overpromising.
Solution Design & Scoping
Translate discovery findings into clear technical scopes and implementation plans.
Develop workflow maps, technical requirements, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and
estimated fulfillment requirements.
Assess technical feasibility, implementation complexity, risks, integrations, and potential blockers
before proposals are finalized.
Support Client in developing accurate proposals and setting realistic client expectations.
Support solution demonstrations and technical presentations when required.
AI Automation & Implementation
Build, configure, test, and deploy approved AI automation solutions.
Develop CRM automations, AI agents, lead qualification systems, appointment-booking workflows,
follow-up sequences, and system integrations.
Integrate third-party platforms through APIs, webhooks, and automation tools.
Work with platforms such as GoHighLevel and leading no-code/low-code automation platforms.
Build and deploy solutions involving AI voice, SMS, email , lead reactivation, candidate engagement,
and appointment setting where applicable.
Ensure implementations are scalable, reliable, and aligned with the approved scope.
Testing, QA & Troubleshooting
Test every workflow end-to-end before client launch.
Validate integrations, triggers, actions, data flow, notifications, and edge cases.
Troubleshoot technical issues independently and resolve problems with minimal supervision.
Identify and address potential failure points before deployment.
Minimize technical errors, rework, and preventable scope changes.
Client Implementation & Post-Launch Support
Own client onboarding and implementation from approved scope through successful deployment.
Provide clear and proactive updates on progress, blockers, decisions, and next steps.
Create technical documentation and implementation records for every deployment.
Support post-launch stabilization and troubleshoot issues that arise after implementation.
Ensure reliable handoff and maintain stable, functioning automations after launch.
Identify potential expansion opportunities only after the initial implementation has produced a
measurable result.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate effectively with closers, account managers, developers, internal teams, and third-party
vendors.
Communicate technical requirements and implementation needs clearly to non-technical and
technical stakeholders.
Proactively manage dependencies and escalate critical blockers when necessary.
Manage multiple client opportunities and implementations while maintaining quality and
responsiveness.
Required Qualifications
Senior-level experience designing, building, testing, and deploying AI automation solutions for

conversations.

solutions.

Strong hands-on experience with:

Strong proficiency with GoHighLevel and leading no-code/low-code automation platforms.
Ability to assess technical feasibility, implementation complexity, risks, dependencies, and fulfillment
requirements before a proposal is finalized.
Excellent client-facing communication skills and strong business judgment.
Ability to avoid overpromising and set realistic expectations with clients.
Capable of working independently with minimal direction or hand-holding.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to document solutions and test workflows end-to-end.

What Success Looks Like
In this role, success means being able to take ownership of an opportunity from discovery → solution
design → scoping → proposal support → implementation → testing → launch → stabilization without
requiring continuous oversight.
You should be able to confidently answer:
“What does the client need, what is the best technical solution, how should we scope it,
how do we build it, and how do we make sure it works?”
You are expected to balance technical capability, business value, client experience, and
implementation risk in every solution you recommend.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Discovery calls attended and converted into technically viable solution plans.
Speed and accuracy of technical scoping following discovery calls.
Percentage of deployments delivered on time and within approved scope.
Successful end-to-end testing before client launch.
Low rate of rework, technical errors, and preventable scope changes.
Client satisfaction and responsiveness throughout implementation.
Clear documentation and reliable handoff for every deployment.
Ability to manage opportunities and implementations without continuous oversight.
Stability and reliability of automations after launch.
Quality of technical recommendations and accuracy of implementation estimates.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a senior AI automation practitioner who can also operate confidently in front of
clients.
You are not simply someone who knows how to build workflows—you understand why the workflow
should be built, what business problem it solves, what is realistically achievable, and how to
successfully deliver it to a client.
You take ownership, communicate proactively, think commercially, troubleshoot independently, and are
accountable for the outcome of every implementation you take on.
