Social Media Outreach Specialist (portfolio & resume required)

Key Tasks

• Source relevant creators across TikTok and Instagram using hashtags, explore feeds, and follower mapping
• Send 125–175 personalized messages per day across TikTok, Instagram, and email using pre-approved templates
• Track responses in Google sheets
• Flag promising leads and assist with onboarding coordination
• Report weekly metrics and suggest optimizations based on results

Ideal Profile

• 1–3 years of experience in influencer sourcing, creator outreach, or agency support
• Strong English, both written and spoken. We screen all candidates with voice applications
• Familiar with consumer apps and Gen Z creator culture
• Comfortable working independently with clear direction
• Past experience managing large volumes of outreach preferred

Technical Requirements

• Must have a fast and reliable laptop that can handle heavy daily browser work, Google Sheets, Notion, Slack, TikTok, Instagram, email tools, and video calls without lag
• Minimum laptop requirement: 8GB RAM with modern i5 / Ryzen 5 / Apple M1 chip or better
• Preferred laptop requirement: 16GB RAM with Apple M1/M2/M3/M4 or equivalent high-performance Windows laptop
• Must have stable high-speed internet
• Minimum internet speed: 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
• Must have clear microphone/audio for voice screening and team calls
• Must have a quiet work environment and reliable power/internet setup during working hours

Availability / Working Hours

• Must be able to work North American business hours
• Preferred working hours: 9 AM–6 PM EST
• Must be available for team communication, check-ins, and urgent outreach updates during North American working hours
