Customer Support Virtual Assistant (Day Shift | Work-From-Home)

ABOUT THE ROLE

Shades, Co. is looking for a dependable and service-oriented virtual assistant to support our clients with daily customer-related tasks. You’ll help organise customer information, respond to basic inquiries, update records, and assist with routine administrative requests. This role is a great fit for someone who communicates clearly, stays organised, and enjoys helping others. Training is provided for all tools you’ll be using.

SCHEDULE AND WORK SET UP

• 8 hours per day, flexible daytime schedule (Philippine hours)
• Choose 5 or 6 working days per week
• Fully remote, laptop-based role — stable internet required
• No U.S. or graveyard shifts

COMPENSATION

• Php 9,500 to 10,800 per month (approximately USD 165 to 185)
• Paid on time via PayPal or Wise
• Daily incentives for attendance, accuracy, and teamwork
• Performance reviews every 30 days with possible raises
