Premium Home Décor & European Textile Brand

We are looking for a creative, experienced UGC Video Creator/Video Editor in the Philippines to join our team on an ongoing basis.

We sell premium European home décor products, including Belgian cushion covers, European jacquard tapestries, table runners, tassels, and other high-quality textile décor products.

We already have a large collection of professional product photographs, lifestyle images and some video footage.

Your job will be to turn these existing assets into high-quality, engaging videos that look professional, authentic, and designed to generate sales.

This is not simply a basic video-editing position. We are looking for someone who can bring creative ideas and help us determine what type of video content will work best on Amazon and social media.

What You Will Do

You will create content for:

Amazon
Instagram Reels

Facebook
TikTok
YouTube Shorts
Pinterest
YouTube — if you have the experience
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Create UGC-style product videos from our existing images and footage
Turn still photographs into attractive, dynamic videos
Create short-form videos/Reels/Shorts
Add professional text, captions, music, transitions, and effects
Create voiceover videos when appropriate
Develop different hooks and concepts for the same product
Create videos that explain product features and benefits
Create lifestyle and inspirational home décor content
Create product demonstration videos
Create videos suitable for Amazon listings
Repurpose content into different formats for different platforms
Suggest new video concepts based on current social media trends
We Also Have Limited Video Footage

This is important:

You do NOT need to receive professionally filmed video for every project.

We have many excellent still images and some video footage.

We need someone who is very good at creating videos from still photography and limited video assets.

For example, we may give you:

10–20 product photographs
2–3 lifestyle photographs
A short product video
Product information

We expect you to turn those materials into multiple engaging pieces of content.

UGC Experience

UGC experience is strongly preferred.

If you can also:

Appear on camera
Demonstrate products
Create authentic UGC
Record yourself using home décor products
Provide professional voiceovers

That is a major advantage.

However, appearing on camera is not mandatory.

YouTube Experience — PLUS

YouTube experience is a strong advantage but not required.

If you have experience creating longer-form YouTube videos, we may also use you to develop:

Decorating ideas
Product education
Buying guides
European design stories
"How to style your home" videos
Product comparison videos
Longer product storytelling videos

We are interested in developing a YouTube channel over time, so experience in this area could lead to additional work.

AI Skills Are Highly Desired

You should be comfortable using modern AI tools to improve productivity and creativity.

Experience with tools such as:

AI video tools
AI voiceover tools
AI image/video animation
CapCut
Canva
Adobe Premiere Pro
After Effects
DaVinci Resolve
Other current AI/video tools

is a plus.

We are not looking for generic AI-generated videos.

We want someone who knows how to combine AI + professional editing + creativity + good judgment.

Most Important Qualification

We are looking for someone who can look at a folder of product photographs and say:

"I have 5 different ideas for how we can turn these images into engaging videos."

You should be able to develop your own concepts rather than waiting for us to tell you exactly what to do.

Potential Monthly Work

We would like to develop a long-term monthly relationship with the right freelancer.

Depending on your experience and the agreed monthly package, work could include:

10–20+ short-form videos per month
Multiple creative variations
Amazon videos
Instagram/Facebook Reels
TikTok videos
YouTube Shorts
Occasional longer YouTube videos
Content repurposing

The exact volume will depend on your experience, quality and proposed monthly rate.

Compensation

We are open to either:

Hourly / project basis OR a fixed monthly retainer.

We are looking for excellent value, not necessarily the lowest price.

Quality, creativity, reliability and long-term performance are more important than simply having the lowest rate.
