This is NOT a Virtual Assistant position.
A U.S.-based public records and corporate compliance company established in 2002, is seeking an experienced U.S. corporate compliance, corporate paralegal, UCC, or public-records professional to join our Washington State operations.
We are specifically looking for someone who already has hands-on experience preparing and processing U.S. corporate forms, filings, document requests, or related legal/compliance work.
Ideal candidates will have prior experience with a U.S. law firm, corporate services company, registered-agent provider, title/public-record research company, compliance organization, or similar professional services company.
Washington-specific experience is preferred but not required. We are looking for someone who already understands professional U.S. corporate/legal processing.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for preparing, processing, tracking, and completing corporate and public-record requests, including:
- LLC and corporation formations
- Foreign registrations
- Amendments
- Annual reports
- Dissolutions and withdrawals
- Registered-agent changes
- Officer, manager, governor, and address changes
- Certificates of existence/status
- Certified copies and corporate document requests
- Secretary of State filings and requests
- Washington Department of Revenue research and filings
- UCC searches and filings
- UCC amendments, continuations, assignments, and terminations
- Registered-agent matters
- Public-record and lien research
- Government follow-up
- Order tracking and quality control
You must be able to read a client request, determine what form or filing is required, accurately prepare the documents, identify missing information, submit the request to the correct government agency, follow it through completion, and review the final result for accuracy.
Experience We Are Looking For
Strong candidates will have at least 1–3 years of directly relevant U.S. experience in one or more of the following:
- Corporate compliance
- Corporate paralegal work
- Secretary of State filings
- Business entity maintenance
- Registered-agent services
- UCC searches or filings
- Title/public-record research
- Corporate due diligence
- Legal document retrieval
- Government filings
Experience actually preparing and submitting corporate forms is strongly preferred.

This position requires research, judgment, accuracy, and ownership. We need someone who recognizes when something does not look right and investigates rather than guesses.
If your experience is primarily general VA work, social media, lead generation, appointment setting, customer service, calendar management, or basic data entry, this position is not the right fit.
Schedule
Full-time, 40 hours per week during U.S. Pacific Time business hours.
This is a Philippine night-shift position.
Compensation
₱45,000–₱55,000 PHP per month depending on directly relevant experience and demonstrated capability.
