Short-Term Rental Manager — Pricing & Growth

I'm looking for someone to help manage and grow my Airbnb portfolio in Southeast Texas, with a focus on pricing strategy and revenue growth.

This isn't a role where we apply a blanket Airbnb playbook. The right person will bring what they've learned from past experience and build a strategy tailored to our market — understanding local demand patterns, what drives bookings here, who our guests actually are, and what they're looking for.

What you'd own:

Dynamic pricing and occupancy optimization
Listing performance and guest experience improvements
Market and competitor analysis specific to our area
Identifying growth opportunities across the portfolio

Compensation: This role starts at a modest base, with clear room for pay increases tied to performance. If you drive results, your compensation grows with them.
