About the Role

Bees Mobile is a digital telecommunications service company currently building our online outreach team in the Philippines.

We are looking for proactive individuals who can reach people who may be interested in a side-income opportunity, introduce them to Bees Mobile, and guide interested users through the free registration process.

This is a remote, weekly project-based role — NOT an hourly-paid position.

We will provide the necessary materials, instructions, and your personal tracking link. Your weekly payment will be based on verified results.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Before officially starting the Paid Trial, all selected applicants must watch the complete Tutorial Video SOP and understand the work process.

???? What You Will Do
Find and reach out to potential users
Introduce the opportunity using company-provided materials
Share your personal tracking link
Guide interested users through the free Google registration process
Follow up with genuinely interested users
Maintain clear and reliable communication
Review verified registrations and paid conversions each week

You may use social media, online communities, personal networks, or other appropriate outreach channels to find potential users.

???? Weekly Payment & Bonuses

This is a weekly project-based role, not an hourly-paid position.

Payment is calculated based on the number of verified free registrations you successfully generate each week.

Base Payment
5–10 verified free registrations: US$5
11–24 verified free registrations: US$10
25 verified free registrations: US$15

???? Weekly Target: 25 verified free registrations

Additional Registration Bonus

After reaching 25 verified registrations:

26th–50th verified registration: +US$0.30 per additional registration

Examples:

25 registrations → US$15
30 registrations → US$16.50
40 registrations → US$19.50
50 registrations → US$22.50

???? Paid Conversion Bonus

In addition to your registration payment:

Each verified and successfully attributed paid conversion = +US$3

Paid conversion bonuses are calculated separately and added to your total payment.

???? First Paid Trial

Your first assignment will be a Paid Trial so both sides can evaluate the collaboration.

Weekly project-based payment — not hourly
Basic target: 25 verified free registrations
Maximum of 50 verified free registrations will be counted during the first Trial
Registration payments and paid conversion bonuses follow the structure above
You must complete the Tutorial Video SOP before starting the Trial

Applicants who consistently provide valid registrations, good lead quality, reliable communication, and stable performance may be offered continued weekly collaboration.

You may be a good fit if you:

Are based in the Philippines
Can work remotely and independently
Are proactive and comfortable reaching out to people
Communicate and respond reliably
Understand and accept a results-based payment structure rather than hourly pay
Have experience in Direct Selling, Online Selling, Lead Generation, Community Outreach, Affiliate Promotion, or Social Media Promotion

Relevant experience is preferred but not required if you have a clear outreach strategy, communicate well, and are willing to follow the SOP.

Submit Application → Initial Review → Complete Tutorial Video SOP → Confirm Understanding of the Role & Payment Structure → Receive Your Personal Tracking Link → Start Paid Trial → Results Verification → Weekly Payment
