We are looking for a TikTok & Meta Content Creator to join our Creative & Channel team — someone who understands what makes short-form content actually work: the hook, the pacing, and the edit. You will ideate, shoot, and edit native-feeling content that performs across TikTok and Meta platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and pitch original short-form concepts built for TikTok and Meta native behavior
Shoot and edit high-quality short-form video from concept to publish
Write scroll-stopping hooks and captions tailored to platform and audience
Analyze performance data and iterate quickly based on what's working
What You'll Bring

2–4 years of experience creating native short-form content for TikTok and/or Meta platforms
Strong editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
A portfolio or reel demonstrating hook strength and creative range
A fast iteration mindset, comfortable shipping, measuring, and adjusting quickly
