Go High Level Automation & CRM Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Go High Level specialist to help build and manage the technology behind two growing local-business brands:

• Powur Print: a printing, signage, apparel, and direct-mail company
• Northridge Now: a local media and marketing network connecting residents with trusted local businesses

This is not a general virtual assistant position. Go High Level will be the primary responsibility.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We need someone who genuinely enjoys working inside Go High Level and can take a business objective, translate it into a working system, test it thoroughly, and explain what was built in plain language.

Projects may include:

• Building and organizing pipelines and opportunity stages
• Creating forms, surveys, calendars, funnels, and landing pages
• Building automated email and SMS follow-up workflows
• Setting up lead routing, notifications, tagging, and segmentation
• Creating client onboarding and fulfillment workflows
• Connecting domains, email services, phone numbers, Stripe, and other integrations
• Troubleshooting workflows and identifying why something is not working
• Testing automations before they are activated
• Documenting completed systems with short written instructions or Loom videos
• Helping create repeatable account snapshots and templates for future clients

Our immediate focus is improving our internal systems and supporting marketing campaigns for local businesses. Over time, the role may expand into building and maintaining Go High Level systems for our clients.

HOW WE WILL BEGIN

We are not immediately committing to a fixed 20+ hour weekly schedule.

We will begin with a small, clearly defined paid trial project. This will allow both of us to evaluate communication, technical ability, reliability, speed, and overall fit.

If the trial goes well, the position can grow into ongoing part-time work, beginning at approximately 5–10 hours per week. Additional hours and responsibilities may become available as our systems and client services expand.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The right person should have:

• Strong hands-on experience using Go High Level
• Experience building workflows, pipelines, forms, funnels, calendars, and automations
• A clear understanding of triggers, conditions, wait steps, tags, and opportunity management
• Experience testing and troubleshooting automations
• Good organizational and documentation habits
• Clear written and spoken English
• Reliable communication and follow-through
• The confidence to recommend a better setup when appropriate
• The discipline to protect client information and account access

Experience with Zapier, Make, Stripe, WordPress, APIs, email deliverability, A2P registration, or local-business marketing is helpful but not required.
