Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Experience Professional Superstars this role will emphasize in building and maintaining strong long term relationships with our customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and a passion for ensuring customer satisfaction while fostering loyalty and trust.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talk to customers everyday: Answer messages, email s, or calls from customers. Helping them with questions about orders, product and services
- Solve customer problems: Customer issues such as wrong items, delay, and complaint. Find out what happened and find a resolution quickly. Keep the customer updated until the issue is resolved.
- Follow-up with customers: Check in with customers after purchase to make sure they are happy. Ask for feedback and note any concerns
- Keep customers satisfied: Handle complaints calmly and professionally. Offer the best solution to make the customer happy
- Collect and share feedback: Record customers comments. Complaints and suggestions. Report common issues or trend to the team so improvements can be made
- Work with other teams: Coordinate with the logistics team, warehouse and sales team when needed
- Update Records: Log all customer interactions, issues, and actions taken in the CRM
About you:
- Can work independently with little supervision and learn new tools quickly
- Pays close attention to details and can identify the root cause of issues
- Stays calm and makes good decisions under pressure
- Manages time well and can handle multiple customers at once
- Flexible and open to changes in tasks, tools, or priorities
- Communicates clearly and confidently, including giving feedback to managers
- Experience with Australian furniture companies is a strong advantage
- Solid background in the e-commerce and retail industry
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service, relationship management, or a similar role
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong interpersonal skills, empathy and intelligence, with an ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams
- Ability to handle difficult or sensitive situations with tact and professionalism
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively
- Familiarity with CRM systems and other customer service software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
