Home Health Quality Assurance

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance to support our Home Health Agency based in California. The ideal candidate has a strong focus on compliance and a medical background, ensuring accurate, complete, and compliant patient records in line with OASIS, CMS, and Conditions of Participation (CoPs).

Fresh graduates or college undergraduates are welcome to apply, provided they have relevant experience or a strong willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:
Review clinical notes (SN, PT, OT, ST, MSW, HHA) and OASIS assessments for accuracy and compliance
Conduct chart audits for SOC, Recertification, ROC, Transfers, and Discharges
Ensure documentation meets regulatory and agency standards
Track QA metrics and support quality improvement initiatives
Assist clinicians with documentation, Plan of Care (POC), and compliance-related concerns
Communicate QA findings with clear recommendations

Qualifications:
Medical background required (e.g., nursing, allied health, or related field)
Strong understanding of compliance and healthcare documentation standards (or willingness to learn)
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Tech-savvy and comfortable working in a remote environment

Compensation & Setup:
Monthly Rate: PHP 18,000 (starting)
Remote Work
