NOW HIRING: Patient Recall Specialist – Pain Management / Primary Care (Remote | Full-Time)

We are looking for a confident and persuasive Patient Recall Specialist to support a Pain Management / Primary Care practice. The primary focus of this role is reaching out to patients who have missed appointments and successfully getting them back on the schedule.

Position Details

• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Rate: $5–$6/hour, based on experience
• Paid U.S. Holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Work through patient recall and missed-appointment lists
• Make outbound calls to patients who missed or did not complete scheduled appointments
• Successfully book and reschedule appointments
• Follow up consistently with patients who have not yet rebooked
• Clearly explain the importance of returning for follow-up care
• Address patient hesitation or objections professionally
• Maintain a strong and consistent follow-up process

Non-Negotiable Requirements

• Strong phone and communication skills
• Confident and persuasive when speaking with patients
• Able to speak with conviction and clearly justify why patients should schedule their appointments
• Comfortable handling objections and encouraging hesitant patients to book
• Strong outbound calling and follow-up skills
• Professional, confident, and engaging phone presence
• Previous healthcare front desk, patient scheduling, recall, or appointment-setting experience is highly preferred

Ideal Candidate

This role is ideal for someone who is proactive and results-driven, not someone who simply makes calls and leaves messages. We need someone who can build rapport, confidently guide the conversation, overcome objections, and turn missed appointments into successfully booked appointments.
