Remote | Cold Calling & Appointment Setting | $9,000 MXN/Month

Pinnacle Security Services is looking for an experienced B2B Sales Consultant to join our team.

We are looking for a reliable, motivated, and confident salesperson who is comfortable making high-volume cold calls, speaking with U.S. business decision-makers, and handling rejection professionally.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make 200+ outbound calls per day
• Cold call hotels, apartment communities, property managers, warehouses, industrial facilities, retail businesses, and other companies
• Identify potential security needs and qualify prospects
• Book qualified appointments for our sales/proposal team
• Maintain accurate lead and call information
• Use Excel and lead-management systems
• Follow company instructions and established sales procedures
• Consistently meet performance expectations

WHAT WE NEED

• B2B sales experience is required
• Cold-calling and appointment-setting experience
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Confident and professional phone presence
• Comfortable speaking with U.S. business professionals
• Able to handle rejection without becoming discouraged
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Organized and comfortable with Excel
• Able to follow instructions and work independently
• Security-industry experience is not required. We provide training.
