Paid Media Buyer

I am looking for a paid media buyer. This ideal person would know both Facebook Ads and Google Ads like a ninja.

• You need to have some serious skills to take accounts to the next level with deep insights to what is working/not working and make adjustments.

• You should be be very comfortable with understanding all the shifts that are happening within the industry and staying ahead of the curve.

• Tracking should not scare you and pushing back that data back into google from Hubspot and Salesforce

• You do well under pressure when things aren't going well or you get a late night message fro ---------- because conversions have tanked. You need to know exactly what happened and what to do to fix it.

• You don't wait around to be told what to do because you get things done.

• Excellent time management is important

• Documentation is critical so you know what changes have been made and why.

• Willing to collaborate with tea ---------- mbers that do SEO so the paid media is inline with organic.

Above all else, you must be honest in all that you do. You will not be time tracked or baby sat. You are not a "yes" person. Meaning, your voice matters so have the courage to voice your opinion as I won't always be right.

You won't be required to work my same hours since I am in the U.S, but you will be held accountable for quick responses through slack once you are online. Communication is key to remote work so that is non negotiable.

This is a salaried position and once you commit to the job, you are not allowed to work for someone else. If you cannot commit to that, do not apply.

Lastly, this position you do need a minimum of 2 years experience. I need to know that you will be taking great care of accounts without me having to stress that things are not getting done.
