Senior AI Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking an autonomous, highly technical, and innovation-driven Senior Technical Specialist / AI Developer to lead the technical design and execution of custom AI solutions. In this role, you will take ownership of building a specialized, custom-scoped AI agent and deploying AI applications using programming languages and tools such as JavaScript and Codex. Working directly with a newly launched business, your expertise will establish the core automation and AI foundation needed for rapid deployment and seamless integration.

Main Responsibilities & Day-to-Day:

● Build, program, and refine a specialized AI agent according to precise scope requirements (which will be shared in detail during the interview process).
● Write, test, and maintain scripts and AI applications using tools such as JavaScript, OpenAI Codex, or related development environments.
● Connect custom AI agents and application workflows into primary software systems to ensure smooth cross-platform functionality.
● Debug custom code, run end-to-end integration tests, and optimize execution logic to minimize overall error rates.
● Manage the deployment pipeline to transition technical builds rapidly from staging to live operational environments.

Essential Qualifications (Must-Haves):

● Proven hands-on track record building and deploying functional AI applications.
● Practical fluency using modern software tools and languages such as JavaScript, OpenAI Codex, or similar technologies.
● Ability to translate technical requirements into clean, functional code and working AI architectures with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Haves):

● 3–5 years of application design and software engineering experience.
● Direct experience designing, prompting, and scoping custom autonomous AI agents or agentic workflows.

KPIs & Success Metrics:

● Flawless, stable connections and data transfers between the AI agent and core operational platforms.
● Low workflow failure and minimum code exception rate across deployed AI agent interactions.
● High project velocity in taking technical specifications from initial scope to live deployment.
