RFP: Senior Full-Stack Mobile Engineer

We are an established US digital agency seeking a high-caliber Senior Full-Stack Mobile Engineer to lead the technical execution of a two-sided, AI-driven mobile app and marketplace platform.

All UI/UX designs (45+ screens) and wireframes are fully complete. You will be taking high-fidelity designs and building an investor-ready, production-grade MVP. We are looking for quotes on this build so this is not a guaranteed job.

Key Technical Scope & Stack
Mobile Frontend: React Native or Flutter (Cross-platform iOS & Android focus)

Backend & Database: Supabase + PostGIS (Geospatial location tracking & saved place data)

AI & API Pipelines: OpenAI API integration (Recommendation engine, dynamic refinement chips, and prompt/response pipelines) + External Event APIs (e.g., Ticketmaster)

Web & Admin: React.js Admin Dashboard (CMS for operational management, content moderation, analytics, and user support)

Architecture: Offline data syncing, robust location permission workflows, authentication, and payment gateway infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
Build out the full cross-platform mobile app frontend matching high-fidelity UI/UX specs.

Engineer the backend schema, API integrations, and database architecture via Supabase.

Implement AI recommendations ("Picked for You" engine) with structured response parsing and confidence scoring.

Develop the web-based Admin CMS for bulk data management and content health reporting.

Conduct end-to-end unit testing, QA, deployment to Apple App Store & Google Play Store, and handover documentation.

Requirements
5+ years of senior full-stack mobile development experience (React Native, Node.js/Supabase, PostgreSQL).

Proven experience integrating OpenAI / LLM APIs into production mobile applications.

Solid background working with location-based services / GIS APIs (PostGIS, Mapbox, Google Places, etc.).

Experience building custom Admin Dashboards / CMS platforms.

Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Strong attention to detail with UI precision (translating Figma designs pixel-for-pixel).

Ability to work independently with daily async progress updates and weekly video syncs.

Qualified candidates will be sent the Figma prototypes and technical spec docs for detailed review prior to final contract selection.
