AI Automation Specialist/ AI systems Builder

A US CREATIVE BRAND NEEDS AN AI-POWERED SPECIALIST

We’re looking for an AI Automation Specialist / AI Systems Builder to build a custom Content Atomization & Repurposing Tool for a US-based podcast and creative studio.

This is not a project for someone who is just learning AI automation.

We specifically want someone who has already built a similar content repurposing, content atomization, AI content generation, or media automation system — ideally for podcasts, video content, creators, agencies, or media brands.

???? WHAT WE NEED BUILT

The goal is to create an AI-powered system that can take a long-form podcast/video and automatically transform it into multiple pieces of usable content.

For example:

1 long-form podcast → multiple content assets

The system should ideally be able to:

• Process podcast/video recordings
• Transcribe long-form content
• Identify the strongest moments, topics, stories and insights
• Extract potential clips/highlights
• Generate short-form content ideas
• Create social media captions
• Generate hooks and titles
• Create LinkedIn posts
• Create X/Twitter posts
• Create Instagram captions
• Identify potential short-form video/reel segments
• Generate content briefs for editors/designers
• Organize the generated content for review and approval
• Ideally integrate with the studio's existing content workflow

We are open to recommendations on additional features that would make the system significantly better.

WE NEED SOMEONE WHO CAN THINK BEYOND ZAPIER

We don't just want someone to connect a few apps together.

We need someone who can architect the entire workflow, recommend the right AI models/tools, build the automation, test it, and make the system practical for a creative studio.

You should be able to explain:

→ What tools would you use?

→ How would you architect the system?

→ What would the workflow look like from uploaded podcast → finished content?

→ What would be automated vs. human-reviewed?

→ How would you handle transcription, content extraction, AI generation and approvals?

→ How would you make the system scalable?
