AI Video Creator & Editor - Kling, Seedance, Higgsfield & CapCut

HighLevel Mastery is a growing Skool community for entrepreneurs, agencies, and service-based businesses using GoHighLevel.

We are growing our advertising operation and looking for an AI Video Creator and Editor who can turn our scripts, prompts, voiceovers, and creative direction into polished video ads.

This is an execution-focused role.

We already have a process for developing the concepts, scripts, scenes, and prompts.

We need someone who can generate the individual AI video clips, assemble them into a cohesive story, and carefully proof the finished video from beginning to end.

What You’ll Be Doing:
You will help us produce approximately two to three AI video ads per week.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Generating 6- to 10-second video clips using tools such as Kling, Seedance, Higgsfield, or similar AI video platforms
• Following our prompts, storyboards, character references, and production process
• Maintaining consistent characters, environments, colors, and visual styles across scenes
• Combining generated clips into complete videos ranging from approximately 30 seconds to 2.5 minutes
• Synchronizing scenes with supplied voiceovers, music, or AI-generated songs
• Creating smooth transitions so every scene feels connected and intentional
• Adding captions, sound effects, pacing adjustments, and other finishing touches when needed
• Reviewing every video from top to bottom for visual errors, awkward motion, bad transitions, timing issues, and inconsistencies

Our current creative process includes claymation-style video ads, but we may test additional visual styles and formats in the future.

Who We’re Looking For
This is not a traditional video-editing-only position.

You must have hands-on experience generating video with AI tools and turning the generated clips into polished, finished content.

To be considered, you should have:

• Experience using at least one major AI video generator, such as Kling, Seedance, or Higgsfield
• A portfolio containing AI-generated videos you personally helped create
• Strong video-editing skills in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software
• Experience joining short AI-generated scenes into a cohesive longer video
• A strong understanding of pacing, transitions, music, voiceover synchronization, and visual storytelling
• The ability to catch common AI-generation problems, including character inconsistencies, unnatural movement, warped objects, and visual artifacts
• Experience using ChatGPT, Codex, or similar AI assistants as part of a creative workflow
• An understanding of video formats, aspect ratios, frame rates, compression, and export settings
• A reliable internet connection and a computer capable of smoothly editing and exporting video
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow an established production system
• The ability to consistently complete approximately two to three videos per week

We will provide:

• Company-managed access to our approved AI video tools
• API access when required
• The credits needed to produce the work --------> you will NOT be expected to purchase or use your own credits
• Scripts, concepts, prompts, references, and creative direction
• Our established AI-video process and production skill files
• Voiceovers, music, or AI-generated songs when applicable
• Feedback and guidance from our team

Compensation
This role is starting at $500 per month but we will scale you up as we grow!

We expect approximately 8 to 10 completed AI videos per month, depending on each video’s length and complexity.

The role will begin part-time, with an opportunity to increase compensation, responsibilities, and hours as our advertising operation and community grow.
