I am a real estate investor in Tennessee looking for a full-time Virtual Assistant to help find off-market real estate deals.

This is a long-term position for someone who wants stable work, wants to grow with the company, and is comfortable both researching properties and talking with property owners.

Your primary goal: Your job is not simply to stay busy or complete tasks. Your goal is to find good real estate opportunities and bring qualified potential deals to me.

IMPORTANT — This Is a Voice + Research Position

This is NOT a non-voice position.

You must be comfortable researching properties AND calling property owners.

A major part of this job is talking with homeowners. You should be able to:

Make people feel comfortable talking with you
Speak clear, conversational English
Listen more than you talk
Ask good follow-up questions
Think on your feet
Handle unexpected answers naturally
Have a conversation instead of simply reading a script

What You'll Do:
Find potential off-market real estate deals
Research properties and owners
Search county and public records
Research property taxes, liens, deeds, ownership, court records, etc.
Find owner phone numbers/contact information
Call and text property owners
Ask homeowners about their property and whether they may consider selling
Identify motivation and potential opportunities
Follow up consistently with leads
Monitor auctions, distressed properties, and other opportunities
Keep research and leads organized
Learn and test different ways of finding deals

You will eventually be given specific geographic areas to work and will learn to take ownership of those areas and look for opportunities independently.

Pay & Hours

Starting Pay: $3.00/hour

30–40 hours per week, with the opportunity for consistent full-time hours and increased responsibility as you prove yourself.

I am looking for someone who can ideally commit for at least 6 months, and hopefully stay and grow with the company for years.
