TikTok Shop Affiliate Operations Assistant (Remote)

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive team member to help manage TikTok Shop affiliate operations.

Responsibilities:

Review affiliate and influencer content for quality
Update reports, trackers, and spreadsheets
Follow SOPs and instructions accurately
Identify and communicate issues or opportunities proactively

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail
Excellent at following instructions
Familiar with TikTok and short-form social media content
Regular consumer of American social media
Organized, reliable, and proactive
Strong written English

The most important trait for this role is proactivity. We want someone who notices issues, asks questions, and takes initiative rather than simply completing assigned tasks.
