About the Role

Hi! I am a physician and a 15+ year entrepreneur, and I am launching a new education and tutoring app. This role is for that new venture. I am looking for a fractional operator to be my right hand as I get it off the ground. Call it a Fractional COO, a Fractional CMO, or an Online Business Manager. What I need is one strategic, execution-obsessed person who can take my ideas and turn them into real traction. I am strongest at vision and at building the product. I am hiring for everything that comes after.

A LITTLE ABOUT ME
I have already built and run a profitable online education business that has helped more than 10,000 professionals pass a high-stakes exam. I mention that only so you know I have built a real, successful company before. I am happy to share the details once we are talking. This new app is a separate, early-stage venture, and it is what you would help me launch and grow.

WHAT THIS ROLE IS ABOUT
An idea is worth nothing until it is executed, and a product only becomes a business when someone owns the marketing, the operations, and the hundred little things in between. This new app needs traction, and I need someone who can own that side alongside me from the ground up, so it becomes a real business instead of a great idea that stalls.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Getting the venture off the ground: set up the accounts, handles, tools, and systems a new company needs, and build the foundation from zero.
Marketing leadership: own or direct marketing across social media, SEO, paid ads, email , community outreach, and content. This is both strategy and execution, either done by you or directed through others.
Operations and project management: turn ideas into clear plans, coordinate contractors, agencies, and AI agents, keep everything moving, and be the accountability layer that makes sure things actually get done.
Delegation and follow-through: you will not do all of this yourself. You will delegate to AI agents and human contractors, then follow up to make sure the work lands.

HOW WE WORK
You will work closely with me (the founder) and a set of AI agents that already handle a lot of the execution. Comfort with, or genuine curiosity about, working alongside AI tools is a big plus. It means you will get far more done here than in a typical role.

CORE VALUES
I care more about how you work than how flashy your resume looks. My best team members lead with humility, take ownership, and always act in service of the mission.
NO DRAMA: humble, flexible, team player, coachable
ALTRUISM: selfless, compassionate, radically honest
INITIATIVE: growth mindset, proactive, innovative
INTELLIGENCE: strategic thinker, articulate, detail-oriented
EXCELLENCE: hardworking, dependable, consistent, high integrity

YOU WILL BE A GREAT FIT IF
You have operated as a Fractional COO, Fractional CMO, OBM, or something similar (you have run the operations and/or marketing of a business, not just tasks within one).
You can think strategically and still roll up your sleeves to execute.
You are a strong predictor of workload and competing priorities, and you hit your deadlines.
You have taken projects from initial idea all the way to full execution, including coordinating and delegating to others.
You have real marketing ability (social, email , paid ads, SEO) and can recognize sharp, clean copy that shifts beliefs.
You are self-driven, emotionally intelligent, and take initiative.
You welcome accountability and can deliver without micromanagement.
You are genuinely excited by early-stage startups where you build from zero.

YOU WILL NOT BE A GOOD FIT IF
You only want to do strategy and hand off all the doing, or only want to do tasks without thinking strategically.
You need constant direction.
You are juggling many other clients or projects.
You are uncomfortable giving and receiving honest feedback.
You shut down when held accountable to agreed tasks and timelines.
You want to stay surface-level instead of going deep.

LOGISTICS
Remote, part-time and fractional to start, with room to grow as the venture gains traction.
Significant daily overlap with the founder's US working hours (exact overlap discussed during the interview).
Compensation is competitive and based on experience.

FINAL NOTE
This is a chance to help build something new from the very beginning, alongside a founder who has already built a business that changes lives. If you are the kind of operator who turns ideas into reality and takes ownership of your craft, I would love to meet you.

Looking forward to meeting you.
