We are a travel office in Israel hiring a remote Amadeus ticketing agent to own our ticketing side. Sunday to Thursday, about 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM Philippine time. Your weekend is Friday and Saturday.

THE JOB

• Build PNRs in Amadeus and issue tickets
• Reissue and exchange tickets when plans change
• Work the queues daily: catch schedule changes on ticketed bookings before the client notices
• Check award availability and book points tickets on miles
• Keep every file documented

MUST HAVE

• Hands-on Amadeus: you have personally issued and reissued tickets
• Extremely organized - ticketing mistakes cost real money
• Fluent English, spoken and written
• Backup internet and backup power - ticketing cannot wait out a brownout
• Two travel industry references

BIG PLUS: you can book points tickets (award tickets on miles). This is rare - if you can do it, say so at the top of your application.
