Creative Director / Social Media Manager

Premium Men's Fitness Coaching Company

We're looking for a Creative Director / Social Media Manager to lead the growth of our social media presence and help position our brand — and our founder — as a leading authority in men's fitness coaching.

This is a high-ownership role for someone self-sufficient, forward-thinking, and ready to take the lead on our content strategy. You'll work directly with the founder to build a premium, high-performing brand presence across social platforms, from concept through to publishing and analysis.

About Us:
We help corporate men transform their physique, health, and fitness through premium, results-driven coaching. As we scale, we're investing in content and personal branding to match the quality of our coaching with the quality of our online presence.

The Role:
You'll own the full content lifecycle — from research and ideation through to video editing and carousel creation, posting, and performance tracking — with a strong focus on premium positioning and founder personal branding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research viral and trending formats within the fitness/coaching niche
  • Lead content planning and ideation across platforms
  • Use of AI to assist in all tasks
  • Edit video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
  • Design carousels and static content (With content produced by the founder)
  • Cross-post and adapt content across social platforms
  • Create Instagram Stories ((With content produced by the founder)
  • Track and report on performance analytics, using insights to refine strategy

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience managing social media for a brand, business, or personal brand
  • Strong creative instincts with an eye for premium, on-brand visual content
  • Confidence working independently, taking initiative and making suggestions to promote growth
  • Familiarity with content trends and formats in fitness, wellness, or a related niche
  • Excellent written communication skills for scripting and written copy

Tools You'll Use:

  • Canva
  • Video editing software (Edits, InShot, CapCut, or similar)
  • Claude AI
  • Google Drive
