JOB DESCRIPTION

We're Skalieren.ai, a scaling consultancy based in Germany. We're looking for a reliable video editor who can cut and deliver fast - no long back-and-forth, no missed deadlines.

What You'll Do

• Edit and deliver Meta Ad videos based on briefs from our Head of Marketing and Sales
• Implement feedback quickly and precisely — turnaround within 1 to 2 business days
• Blur, censor, or reframe footage when needed
• Follow direction closely and ask smart questions when something is unclear

You're a Fit If You...

• Have experience editing short-form video for social media or ads
• Can work fast without sacrificing quality
• Are reliable, responsive, and proactive — no ghosting
• Animation and motion graphics skills are a strong plus

Your Application Must Include

• At least 2 video examples you personally edited (ad content or short-form preferred)
• Your rate per video
