Amazon Influencer VA and Video Editor

Job Code: AIP-03

This role supports Amazon content creators and online entrepreneurs as they grow their businesses and expand their teams. The position combines content management, video editing, product research, brand outreach, and administrative support.

We are looking for someone who is smart, resourceful, quick to learn, and eager to grow with the business.

Successful candidates must complete a paid 40-hour training program before transitioning to their assigned client. Training is paid at a flat rate of $125 USD and runs from September 28 - October 2, 2026, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PHT, including a one-hour lunch break. Full attendance, active participation, and completion of all learning assessments are required.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Manage and maintain published product content, including videos, product links, collections, and page organization
• Research potential products for reviews and track products, videos, and content opportunities
• Edit product review videos and create Shorts from long-form content
• Upload, schedule, publish, and update content across designated platforms
• Repurpose and cross-post content across YouTube and social media platforms
• Support YouTube optimization through titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails
• Create simple graphics, thumbnails, and visual assets using Canva
• Organize footage, creative assets, documents, and project files
• Communicate with brands and assist with outreach, follow-ups, and partnership coordination
• Maintain spreadsheets, databases, and operational trackers
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and increase content output
• Track content performance and progress toward YouTube growth and monetization goals

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• More than 1 year of video editing experience, including long-form videos and short-form repurposing
• Intermediate proficiency in CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software
• Experience with content scheduling, publishing, or content management
• Experience managing content across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook , Pinterest, and TikTok
• Advanced proficiency in Canva and a basic understanding of graphic design principles
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, and Drive
• Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to work independently, consistently meet deadlines, and quickly learn new systems and tools
• Reliable high-speed internet connection of at least 100 Mbps and a professional remote work setup
• Must be comfortable with Hubstaff installed and used for productivity monitoring, time tracking, and payroll

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience supporting content creators, influencers, or online businesses
• Experience editing product review and comparison videos
• Background in administrative support, content coordination, social media support, or community management
• Experience with brand outreach or partnership coordination
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing, e-commerce, or the Amazon Influencer Program

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• $550 to $750 USD per month, depending on experience and skills
• Paid 40-hour training program at a flat rate of $125 USD
