About the Role

Welcome! We are a UK women's fashion brand looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing, Creative Operations & Social Media Coordinator. Your main responsibility will be owning our creator and affiliate pipeline end-to-end - from outreach and gifting through to deliverables, usage rights, whitelisting and follow-up.

You will also support our wider creative operation by researching new content and advertising ideas, coordinating briefs and assets, as well as helping keep designers, video editors and creators moving. This includes helping to manage the day-to-day running of our social channels, including scheduling content and responding to comments.

We need someone proactive, highly organised and persistent - someone who follows things through without needing to be chased.

What You’ll Own
1. UK Creator, Influencer & Affiliate Outreach

  • Research and identify relevant UK-based creators, influencers and affiliates across Instagram and TikTok.
  • Assess creator fit, audience relevance, engagement quality and content style
  • Carry out personalised outreach and consistent follow-up by email , DM or by utilising tools.
  • Own the outreach pipeline from first contact through to response, gifting, content delivery and ongoing relationship management.
  • Coordinate product gifting, including size/product choices, dispatch details, delivery follow-up and outstanding content.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach status, follow-up dates, products sent, deliverables, affiliate links/codes and results.
  • Identify creators worth developing into longer-term affiliate or content relationships.

A key objective is to build a consistent pipeline of creators, affiliates and new content rather than relying on occasional outreach.

2. Creative Operations

  • Maintain the creative production board to make sure briefs, references and assets are ready.
  • Track creator content received and ensure agreed deliverables are completed.
  • Coordinate usage rights, content permissions and creator licensing.
  • Support Meta Partnership Ads / whitelisting and, where relevant, TikTok Spark Ads.
  • Keep permissions, access, usage periods and related creator information organised and easy to find.
  • Chase revisions, missing assets or approvals and escalate blockers before deadlines are missed.
  • Coordinate our video editors and graphic designers to keep production queues organised and full.

3. Social Media & Community Management

  • Own the day-to-day social content calendar and keep approved content moving through to publication.
  • Write or adapt captions and schedule/publish content across Facebook , Instagram, TikTok and other platforms as required
  • Use scheduling tools to keep activity consistent and organised.
  • Monitor and respond to social comments, encouraging genuine engagement and escalating customer-service issues appropriately.
  • Notice recurring customer questions, objections and language and feed useful insights back into creative and content planning.

4. Creative Research & Asset Management

  • Research the Meta Ad Library, competitors, Instagram and TikTok for relevant creative ideas, hooks, formats and trends.
  • Go beyond simply saving examples: identify why an idea is interesting, how it could apply to our brand and what content would be needed to execute it.
  • Identify useful content gaps and creator/UGC needs and feed them back to the founders, Creative Strategist and designer.
  • Own the organised asset library for creator content, photography, finished static creative, video, reviews and rights information.
  • Use tools such as Notion and Google Sheets to keep briefs, trackers, deadlines, revisions and outstanding actions visible and up to date.

Essential Requirements

  • Proven hands-on experience with influencer, creator or affiliate outreach – this is essential.
  • Experience sourcing creators, carrying out outreach, following up consistently and managing an active creator pipeline.
  • Experience managing creator gifting, deliverables and relationships through to completion.
  • Strong organisation and follow-through, with proven use of trackers, deadlines and follow-up systems.
  • Experience managing or supporting Facebook and Instagram business accounts, including publishing and community engagement.
  • Experience working with Reels, TikTok, UGC and short-form video workflows and coordinating creators or editors.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and confidence communicating directly with creators and partners.
  • Able to work independently, research solutions, flag blockers early and keep stakeholders updated without constant chasing.
  • Able to work UK business hours and commit to 40 hours per week as your primary role.

Preferred Experience

  • Previous creator/influencer experience for fashion, apparel, activewear, beauty or another consumer ecommerce brand – strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Meta Partnership Ads, whitelisting, creator licensing/usage rights or TikTok Spark Ads.
  • Experience with affiliate tracking, links/codes and basic creator performance reporting.
  • Canva, CapCut or similar editing experience is useful, although this is not a dedicated editor role.
  • Experience using Meta Ad Library and other creative research tools
