Junior Sourcing & Production Coordinator — Full-Time, Long-Term Position

We are a product sourcing and development company working with suppliers and manufacturers in China. We are looking for an intelligent, organized and highly responsible person from the Philippines to join our team full-time.

This is a junior position, and we provide serious training. Previous sourcing experience is helpful but not required. Learning ability, accuracy, communication and personal responsibility are more important.

We are not looking for someone who wants a temporary position or plans to leave after one year. We are looking for a team member who wants to develop a long-term career, gradually take on more responsibility and grow with the company.

Our existing team includes employees who have already been with us for years and continue to grow inside the company.

Main Responsibilities

• Research products, suppliers and manufacturers
• Contact suppliers and request quotations
• Compare prices, MOQs, lead times and other important information
• Follow up with suppliers and keep projects moving
• Track samples, production, inspections and shipments
• Organize project information and documentation
• Update internal tracking systems
• Identify missing information, risks and possible problems
• Learn and improve our internal processes

The position may sometimes involve pressure. Suppliers can be late, quality problems can appear unexpectedly and urgent situations may need immediate attention. You must be able to remain calm, communicate clearly and take responsibility until the issue is handled.

Working Schedule — Philippine Time

Monday–Friday: 09:00–12:00 and 13:00–18:00
Saturday: 09:00–12:30
First Saturday of every month: Off
Sunday: Off

Occasional availability outside normal hours may be required for genuinely urgent supplier, production, shipment or client situations.

Compensation

• Month 1 — Full-Time Trial: $350
• Months 2–3: $380 per month
• Month 4 onward: $400 base salary

The $400 base salary is not a permanent ceiling. Additional salary increases and performance bonuses depend on demonstrated results, independence, responsibility, commitment and contribution to the company. There is no guaranteed schedule or amount.

Hiring Process
