About the Role

About the Role

We’re a growing window cleaning company in Minnesota, and we’re looking for someone who is friendly, confident, motivated, and good with people to join our team as an Inbound Sales Representative.

The good news is—you won't be expected to spend all day cold-calling strangers.

We already have people reaching out to us who are interested in getting their windows cleaned. We run advertising that consistently brings in new leads, and we have a great reputation and lots of positive reviews.

What we need is someone who can respond quickly, talk with these potential customers, answer their questions, follow up with them, and help turn those leads into booked jobs.

What You'll Do

Your main goal is simple: help us book more jobs.

You’ll primarily be talking with homeowners who have already expressed interest in our window cleaning services.

Your day-to-day work may include:

Calling new and old leads as quickly as possible after they contact us
Following up with people who haven't booked yet
Talking with homeowners and building rapport
Answering questions about our services and pricing
Understanding what is holding someone back from booking
Handling common objections
Helping customers understand the value of our service
Asking for the sale and getting the job booked
Following up with leads who aren't ready to book immediately
Keeping our CRM updated with notes and follow-up information
Helping us improve our sales process as you learn what works

Speed matters. When someone requests information about getting their windows cleaned, we want to reach them while they're still thinking about it.

If you've worked in sales before, that's great.

But if you're someone who is naturally good at talking to people, isn't afraid to pick up the phone, learns quickly, and enjoys convincing people to take action, we want to hear from you too.

We can teach you our services, our sales process, and how we handle the most common objections.

What we can't easily teach is personality, work ethic, confidence, and the willingness to actually talk to people.

You Might Be a Great Fit If You...
Enjoy talking to people
Are comfortable talking on the phone
Have strong English communication skills
Are friendly and personable
Aren't afraid to ask for the sale
Can stay positive when someone says no
Are persistent without being pushy
Learn quickly
Are organized and reliable
Can work independently
Take initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do
Like the idea of being rewarded for getting results
Sales Experience Is a Plus, Not a Requirement

Experience in any of these areas would be helpful:

Phone sales, appointment setting, inside sales, lead follow-up, closing, customer service, real estate, insurance, home services, call centers, or other jobs where you regularly had to communicate with customers.

But don't let a lack of sales experience stop you from applying.
If you're confident that you can learn quickly and become good at this, we'd still like to meet you.

What Makes This Position Different?

We already have:
A steady flow of incoming leads
Advertising bringing in new potential customers
Great online reviews
A strong reputation
An established service
Follow-up systems and automations

Your job is to take the opportunities we're already generating and turn more of them into customers.

If you're someone who likes talking to people, enjoys a little competition, and wants the opportunity to develop real sales skills, this could be a great fit.

We'd love to hear from you!
