Social Media Video Editor + VA

We're looking for a proactive Video Editor & Virtual Assistant to support across multiple Australian client brands. You'll split your time between editing short-form social videos and helping keep the business running smoothly.

What You'll Do:

• Video Editing (60–70%)
• Edit Reels and Shorts for multiple brands (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) No Capcut or Canva please.
• Add captions, music, transitions, and basic motion graphics
• Repurpose long-form content into short clips
• Deliver polished, social-ready content on time

Virtual Assistance (30–40%)

• Help set up systems (CRMs, portals, project management tools)
• Admin support, research, data entry, scheduling
• Coordinate content workflows

Mandarin Chinese: if you can help with translation/localisation for Chinese markets, this will be considered a big advantage.

• Keen to grow with a creative studio, and working with good people

Compensation is $5–$10 USD per hour, commensurate with experience. For the right candidate, this will translate to a consistent monthly salary based on an agreed number of weekly hours.
