E-Commerce Store & Order Processing Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy team member who is comfortable working with computers and excited to learn new software and systems.

This position will support the building, maintenance, and day-to-day management of online company stores. The role will involve both the technical side of setting up stores and the operational side of processing orders once the stores are live.

What You’ll Do
Build and set up online stores using our store management systems
Add and maintain products, pricing, images, sizes, colors, and other store information
Make updates and changes to stores as requested
Perform monthly store maintenance and ensure information stays accurate and up to date
Process orders that come through the online stores
Review orders for accuracy and make sure they are processed correctly
Communicate with team members regarding store updates, product changes, and order issues
Troubleshoot basic store and order-processing issues
Learn and work in multiple software programs and systems
Follow established processes and procedures while maintaining a high level of accuracy

Previous experience with e-commerce, online stores, order processing, or similar software is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person
